I am an assistant research professor at the University of Central Florida. I work at the Institute for Simulation & Training and hold a joint appointment with Electrical Engineering & Computer Science. My research interests involve the study of machine learning methods as applied to interesting and challenging problems. I have a particular interest in formal methods for understanding such algorithms, and I'm eager to learn how to find ways to design and build computational solutions to problems in systematic and principled ways.
